Got round to watching it and quite enjoyed it tbh until the third act which was too "white woman finding herself trope" for me lol, although that was the entire point of the movie I think. Wish it was more about the IR relationship, tho we could all guess from the trailer it was just gonna subvert expectations.

There is tension between Eddie and Anna's character in the beginning but as the movie goes on it fades and it becomes more romantic and they actually end up together

I saw this movie years ago, it's ok, but couldn't help thinking that Eddie Griffin was miscast.

LOL! I can still hear the theme song from this movie in my head. This is one of those terrible movies that I enjoyed anyway.
