    Thanks Yo! I appreciate that.
Hey but out here in LA it is the land of beautiful women - just think all the honies that come out here to pursue carers in acting/modeling  and it never snows so they don't really bundle up half the year like back east. Plus the lifestyle is more healthy out here, more ladies that take pride in how they look- keepin themselves up an all. And I'm a camera man so I done seen some shit my man that you would not believe

Yeah I know you said you didn't see the prostitutes. But I had to come with a warning to anyone who would get a really stupid idea. Many people believe that because the prostitution in Netherlands are legal, and because they TRY to have a control over it, it's all good. The sad reality is that prostitution is almost always grim.

I don't mind people fucking around or anything like that, so I'm not trying to preach. But I do think people should think twice before using prostitutes, even in Netherlands. You might get HIV and other STDs, and you might sponsor not just trafficking with adult women, but also trafficking of children, drug trade, and ultimately perhaps even wars...

BTW: WHAT AN AWFUL DOCTOR! OMG! He had no right judging who's "good" enough to come see him in his office. We're all just humans, and those women should have the same right to be treated in a real medical office as everyone else!

What do you mean by "So it is more younger where you live Ronja."?

Yes, as I just said, russefeiring is a very expensive tradition. I converted it into $ though. If you want in nkr, multiply it by 6...

Do you think that's what soulthinker meant? I often find it's a bit hard to understand what people are referring to when they don't use "quote"...
Especially if they're responding to something waaaay back in the thread.

I whole heartedly agree with your philosophy, but I think his reasons for not wanting them in his office were rooted in overcrowding- not exclusion based on social status.
In Nevada the girls have to be inspected for HIV and STD's monthly. State Law. So, it's too much to have that many women come into his office at once. When I started out playing football in pop warner the doctor just came to the practice facility to give us physicals, same reason a football team of thirteen yr olds in his waiting room-bad

you kickin' around some knowledge there, pimpin'

some people just took it the wrong way..

we get what you mean about a platoon of patients, flooding his office all at once

Hmm... Sorry, I'm not totally convinced... the physicals they give a football team of 13 year olds, don't involve a whole bunch of equipment and such, so it's not quite comparable...But OK, if you say it wasn't socially based... (Perhaps it was that "ho" comment that made me think that was the case...)

let me lay down some facts for you, Rooonn Jaaa :)

a football team... has MANY players... I know on the high school level, you're looking at a good 50+ players per squad. Imagine 50+ players rushing the same doctor's office, for a physical....

    now..

take that and apply it to 40-50 freaky deaky jawns..

and you see why he's talking about overcrowding a doc's office..

    I don't know what a "deaky jawn" is :D

Still, moving a gynaecological table and a bunch of other equipment is a lot of work. I think it would have been easier to get the prostitutes come to the office. They don't HAVE to come in all at once..

Anyway, I do understand that a waiting area can be overcrowded. But when you say "he didn't want 40 hoes in there" it really doesn't sound to me like overcrowding is the problem.

What if he'd said "he didn't want 50 n****rs in there" about the football team? Would you have thought is was a racial/social issue, or a question of available seating?

    I don't think I am...

It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that as soon as you start putting in a whole bunch of derogative words into a statement, the meaning can (and will!) get lost or changed... Putting a different derogative word into the exact same sentence pretty much proved that... All of a sudden it wasn't an ok statement to you any more...

If the doc said he didn't want "hoes" into his office... well, sorry, I'm not taking it for granted that's a "space" issue... Actually even if he said "I don't want prostitutes in my office" I still can't believe that's because of space, cause it still really sound's like he has personal a problem with prostitutes.

The doc's not here to defend himself, so we'll never find out what he meant. But if that's even close to what he said, I think it's absolutely awful.

If it was a question of overcrowding, why didn't he just say "my waiting room isn't big enough for 40 people"? Wouldn't that be the normal thing to say... :?

I'm the one who said hoes Roonja not any doctor. For what I said I do not apologize. This isn't the dinner table here, just a casual conversation on a blog, ok? No insult intended or implied towards any women, but sometimes I personally will substitute hoe for prostitute if I don't feel the need to get to technical, it's all just semantics.
As far as your other comment, I have a friend who is an eye doctor and a football coach. Now, I know this brotha don't want a the whole team up in his spot at once doing some group discount visit to the doctor. Why, because he don't want a bunch a young niggas blowin up his spot, and i know he would say I don't want all them crazy niggas in my office they barely listen to me on the field comin in here all loud breakin shit.
I have friends who call me every name in the book, "crazy ass nigga" and all the curses you could think of, and we bag on each other, talk about each others Mom's but if it's not meant in a derogatory way then "no harm no foul" That is not to say I condone such speech on a job interview, so let's not take ourselves so seriously.
