I have a coworker who allegedly has had a crush on me for years, is only now starting to take initiative and talk to me more.

And there's a contractor at work who knows my name and smiles at me and talks to me every chance he gets, even though we've never been introduced and I don't know his name, but yet neither of them has asked me out.
