Philko has never lived in Ukraine permanently. He has visited Ukraine on numerous occasions but has never lived there long term. The reason is that I believe Russians allow Americans to live in their country for only three months as tourists, then you must leave before they allow you to re-enter, which is difficult compared to Australians, who allow Americans to live in their country for a full year before you must leave.

From what I heard, Philko or Philochko is marrying a Russian teenage girl who is 15 years his junior; he's waiting for her to finish high school so they may come to America or live in a third country. Nowadays, because of the war, he mostly remains in either Turkey or Malaysia. That brother, oh brother, he's the envy of so many black men who are drawn to the WW. In Slavic countries, the WW outnumber the WM, possibly because XX chromosomes are stronger than XY chromosomes. LOL, and the beautiful white Slavic women orgasm intensely. LOL

For example, in Latvia, there are 80 men for every 100 women. In comparison, there are 104 men for every 100 women in the United States, but 114 men for every 100 women in China

 
All the men who used to travel to Russia are no longer going there anymore because of Putin's war and Russia had become a pariah state. even Philko has to flee out of precaution. it's not only Brittney Griner but there are other Americans still languishing in Russian Prisons.

What a shame not many African Americans take advantage of the ability to stay for a year lol I don’t think most understand just how easy it is to live here permanently. My ex applied for his visa got approved within two days had 0 issues getting work, had more jobs than most Australians have in a lifetime lol and was offered sponsorship and had he not of been satans sporn he’d be living his best life here still. We LOVE Americans I really don’t understand why I have to only see white people lol

He won't respond to you unless you're a white woman, that is the reason he gives out his contacts. majority of his audience are BM and he receives ton of messages from them that he can't read nor respond, They are all asking same thing how can I come to Russia and meet WW, Maybe he should've Used auto responder and send to all the vanilla thirsty brothers same message. If you meet him in person though, He'll approach you and talk to you as much as you want.
