they sell sushi at the cafeteria where I work the stuff I had isn't half bad and is a worthy substitution for a cheeseburger or pizza
Canned tuna fish, sausage, 2 Hamburgars with pepper jack cheese, 24oz of grilled chicken breast, and a protein shake. This will be pretty much my diet for the next 6 months with 1 cheat day per week.
so far, three Swedish cracker breads (read cardboard) w turkey breast and a thin slice of cheese and oatmeal for breakfast. handfull of almonds and an apple for a snack. Whole wheat pasta w lean sirloin meatballs for lunch. A snack of cottage cheese and some hummus w carrots for a snack in an hour or so. Dinner will be wild rice w tuna and tomatoes and then finish off the day w a protein shake.
Lol...yes, Sir Nose, I was born & raised in Texas. Sweet tea & Dr. Pepper were household staples when I was growing up & I'm the only one in the family who didn't like either one. I like to taste the tea when I drink it...I never could stand tea that like syrup.
about to head out to the park for a picnic with friends. on the menu: homemade quiche with fake bacon, tomato & goats cheese homemade feta and spinach parcels rocket salad fruit plate rice chips anzac biscuits vino...!!! man i'm hungry
Pan fried salmon, steamed asparagus and roast pumpkin, all with a lovely parsely relish. OMG I want more of it....MORE!!!! Salmon is my favourite. I could eat it three meals a day, 7 days a week.
