thats a great food to have and easy dinner and fast too thats what my dinner will be tonight, grilled chicken only will be with thighs no breast already i removed it from the bones( i know you can get it without but this way much cheaper) and already been marinated
Today, breakfast was 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon. Lunch was a half cup of buffalo chicken salad (lettuce, onion, grilled chicken with buffalo wing sauce, mozzarella cheese, tomato, tsp of bleu cheese dressing)....aaaand then dinner was the same (it's a good salad...LOL). For a snack, I had 3 pieces of shrimp, a bite of a nacho with guacamole, and two small pita chips with hot pepper dip on them. Mom was having a party when I stopped over after my workout, so I got to try a few things. Yum!

it is 5am so had nothing yet for the day. just some coffee. maybe will make some fried eggs for breakfast or french toast not sure yet
