not something i have often at all, but if i feel like it i eat anything i will think about at anytime... that is why i said am weird
if i feel hungry i dont care if it is 3am i will cook even a full meal

Breakfast:
4 Egg whites topped w/ fresh homemade salsa
1/2 Grapefruit
1/2 cup of greek yogurt w/ mango (frozen mango chunks, heated w/ a few tsp of water and stevia. Then half of the mango and water blended until smooth. Place blended mango back with chunked mango and refrigerate.... mix this with the greek yogurt for fruit yogurt combo. Can also be done with other fruits, I usually keep mango, strawberry and blueberries on hand).

Lunch:
Tuna made w/ greek yogurt and honey-dijon mustard mixed, add chopped celery and red onion.
I wrap the tuna in iceberg lettuce leafs and have raw asparagus and carrots on the side.

Dinner:
Salad made of poached chicken, finely sliced cucumber, peach slices and Dressing made of grated ginger and 1 clove garlic mixed in greek yogurt. Not enough to overwhelm the salad, just to give a light toss / coating. Sliced red / orange bell peppers on the side.

Snacks will be carrot slices and shit.

I haven't eaten yet (it's almost 1pm here)

Yesterday I had:

- Banana Nut Muffin

- A Grilled Veggie Sandwich with Potato Chips from Corner Bakery

- A slice of Pizza with Tomatoes and Basil

You sound like me,,,,,,,,,,, recently I just dont get round to eating till later in the day or even night. I put other priorities first, puppy etc, and with work and chores to do I always think I can eat later,,,,,,,,,,,,, then bam,,,,,,,,, my stomache tells me it is eating itself and so I finally have to give it something. It is not good I know...... But last night I made Banana Bread

And at the moment I have Chicken Cacciatore in the slow cooker... Warm Sunday night dinner tonight. :p

Nothing....yet. Just woke up and got out of the shower.

Its times like these that I wish i had a woman who knew how to make good French Toast.
