Good shit. Congrats DH. Glad you're getting your eyes checked, too.
Congrats sweetie. Hope you and handsome enjoy yalls new jobs.
I'm a bit sad today though, but for different reasons. Mom called and told me that my dog, Isis, has a broken back and will likely have to be put down. She's a very sweet dog and I wish I could see her but I can't. I knew it would happen though cause she's nearly 8 and has been sick but I hate that she's going to be in such pain before the end and I can't do anything about it.
Nah it won't be a really likable job but paychecks and hours are a great motivator. Heh. Thanks thoug because it's definitely a huge relief and we can maybe even finally get our own place together. That's definitely a great thing.
Thanks everyone else too! I am very excited despite the job's bad qualities.

Sorry to hear about your dog DH.
Poor boy and my poor girl. I had her for over 12yrs. RIP Daedalus, you sweet lady.
Oh that is just devastating =(My poor sweet bird, Daedalus, died today and in a most horrific way. Well the death wasn't (she was put to sleep by a vet) but she was mutilated by (what I think was) a water dragon before that. It ripped her wing off right through the bars of her cage. It was horrifying to find her like that. I'm devastated and my other bird, Icarus, is lonely.
