Where to meet a DECENT girl

Hey ya'll. I got a question that is directed mostly at the ladies. I've been on the bar scene for about a year and a half now. It's a good time but all the woman i meet out there have the mentality of a middle schooler. I've become totally fed up with the shallowness and immaturity. So to all my fellas and ladies on the board where the hell are all the decent well rounded woman? I'm talking about a girl that can be on the bar scene dance and enjoy herself within moderation and can also hold a conversation on an intellectual level. I'm wide open for suggestions! Thanks.
 
I wouldn't be looking in a bar. Doesn't it just make sense that a bar probably wouldn't be the place to be meeting someone?

I think you need to do things you enjoy doing, that you would like to do with a partner and then you are more likely to meet other people who enjoy doing similar things.

Maybe take a class that you would be interested in.

You can meet a quality person anywhere.
 
Well, you could date me. :lol: I love the bar scene, and could hold intellectual conversations until they come out of my ears!

I think it's rubbish that you can't meet nice people in bars, because they do GO to bars - but usually i go to a bar with a bunch of friends and tend to not be looking for guys. Because everyone knows you don't meet them in a bar! Best way to meet people, anytime, is either through work/uni etc, or through friends.
 
This decent woman was in a bar last night - sadly the man who decided to introduce himself to me by grabbing my ass was not decent and I was forced to yell at him. :roll: Actually it felt kind of good. He is one of those guys who was sloppy, stumbling drunk and I had watched him grope a few other women also. Guy had it coming! :wink:
 
I'm with you FSP It's bs to make the assumption you don't get quality people that like to go out! I mostly go out because I like to dance not because I'm a lush...Unlike the guy you ran into Miss B at least you can take consolation in the fact that everyone prolly got a good laugh out of him making an @$$ out of himself :lol:
 
I'm glad you shouted at him - I've actually slapped guys in bars before who have tried to grab my ass, or worse! :evil: They're no worse than animals. Drink is no excuse, I manage to restrain all my urges to squeeze good looking strange men by their luscious, curved, muscly shoulders, so why can't they??

That is actually how I met my bf...except it was the other way around! I was at a bar when I saw him - he was the finest brother there! I spent all night trying to get his attention, but he was oblivious to my existence. The only way I knew how to get his attention was to grab his ass (I was charming about it, mind you :wink: )

That was over 5 years ago and we are still together (awwww) Perhaps a woman can get away with ass grabbing more so than a man can? OK, I wouldn't recomend the ass grabbing, but I definitely think that you can meet quality people at a bar - or pretty much wherever you are!
 
MisstressB, I had been to London but the problem is which bar/pub to go to? There are many in that big city and since I had not known a soul over there it was hard.

And for people who say you cant meet quality women or men at a bar. Well maybe your not at the right one. Bars can be a great place
 
about Bars

i been to many bars..and yes there are some decent people and some really strange people too. both men and women. and yes ..You can squeeze my shoulders any time MistressB :) and yes grabbing a woman's A** is not very seemly. Drunk or not, that man was a jerk and had it coming (!)
 
Obviously you need to get on a plane & fly over the pacific...plenty of DECENT WOMEN over here (and yes I'm including myself in that) :D
