Pan fried salmon, steamed asparagus and roast pumpkin, all with a lovely parsely relish. OMG I want more of it....MORE!!!!
Salmon is my favourite. I could eat it three meals a day, 7 days a week.
I love salmon, I order it all the time when I eat out.

Nada, no carbs except 7grams that come with the protein shake. Monday was the first time I had pure water in 2 months. SMH

My mama used to put enough sugar in the tea to put a diabetic in a coma (3 cups to one gallon) which is the only way my daddy would drink it, & it was too much. I do like a little honey in hot green tea though.Today I had a mushroom & swiss patty melt on whole wheat bread with tomato, spinach & pickles. I've probably had close to a gallon of water today, too.
