........For all board members participating in this debate. ..this article put forth by Bliss is bonafied and should be an eye opener to you ...likewise, the Trump theory advanced by Flaminghetero as far-fetched as it might sound cannot yet be dis-proven and could probably be as accurate as hell. .........
...It's like we are bickering with each about what to cook for dinner in the living room, while the Hispanics are emptying the frig in the kitchen. ....Folks, we must wake the hell up and smell the roses. .... ]

So he basically wants all the people who got green cards to continue their progress to be an American citizen like my father and mother did... li

Are you against immigration or against illegal immigration because Louis seems to be for legal immigration?

It is evidence that you have people who want to follow the law. This is the way that people who want to be citizens should act. This is becoming a lynching of Hispanics in this debate. This is why people can not have civil conversations about illegal immigration because you do have people who have racist undertones. Look how this went from illegal immigrants to attack on hispanics. and then people sit and complain that the media phrases it as racist. They don't have to do that. They just need to wait like what has happened in this thread.

    Damn!!

That was one hell of an analysis!!! I have to tell the truth here; I am enjoying watching the Donald's campaign this summer. He is building a voting block that has been thirsty for someone REAL and who wouldn't back down when the press turned on him. Trump could win Iowa if he just focused all his money and manpower on it . . . and probably New Hampshire too if you think about it: http://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-favorability-ratings-poll-2015-7

If Trump can just tighten up his presentation so it isn't so assailable he could beat Walker in IA and Bush in NH . . . they are not JUGGERNAUGHTS!!!

Gutierrez would pissed off if mexico had:
    Millions of illegals...
    Sanctuary cities
    Catch and release programs
    Birth right citizenship

What's our is theirs.....and what's theirs is theirs.

    I don't like that arrangement.

He met his FEC requirement today!

I don't think he has anything else he would rather do at this stage of his life than ride this thing out and see where it takes him: http://www.cnn.com/2015/07/15/politics/donald-trump-financial-disclosure/index.html

. Who thought Obama stood a chance in July 2007?? Trump can win Iowa and if so then people will be as dumbfounded and shocked as everyone was when Obama did it I say. Then a snowball would start because he would not take his foot off the gas so it is all about the first two contest: IA and NH two states filled with the type of voter he could bank votes with (whitey white whites)

    Fixed for you. ^

Lol @ "seems to be for legal"..

Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) has created what he is calling a “family defender toolkit” or a pamphlet for illegal immigrants to help them prepare for President Obama’s executive amnesty and avoid deportation while they wait to apply.

The pamphlet leads illegal immigrants through what they would need to do to apply for the executive amnesty programs

Congressman Luis Gutiérrez (D., Ill) was probably expecting a warmer reception to his Spanish-only immigration town hall meeting at the University of Southern California on Saturday.

But the lawmaker’s tireless advocacy for President Obama’s unilateral amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants angered some southern California residents so deeply, they decided to crash the congressman’s speech.

The town hall was sponsored by California Democratic representative Karen Bass, who was not present at the event.

Incensed that the talk was being held in Spanish (English speakers were offered headphones), anti-amnesty activists in the crowd chanted . “U-S-A, U-S-A!”
Gutiérrez sat quietly nearby, his arms crossed as he looked out into the crowd.

Pro-amnesty activists present tried to drown out their chants with their own. “Si se puede!” they shouted.

They got you all fighting over crumbs while the real problem are the gluttons filling their plates like it's lunch time at the local all you can eat buffet. But, ya'll keep on. Crumbs taste good, too.

Fuck that Anti-Labor shit you just posted.

Wall Street is behind this tidal wave of grease pouring across the border.

They always show wetbacks picking oranges...but not them driving trucks...doing construction...electricians...plumbers....carpenters..ect ect.

Anybody that thinks they aren't stealing jobs is on the wrong side of the border.

Trump has nowhere near 10 billion of anything, let alone dollars.

I think people know this already, lol....but why compound the problem?. The little man - you. - gets the short end of the stick in the end. Why the hell are you going to let strangers raid your crumbox.

Time to stick it to big Corporations and remove their exploited, cheap slave-labor supply, And demand they replace them with sustainable wages made up of Americans. Dems should be behind this 1000%

Where did you hear that? Fox or talk radio??

If Trump can just win Iowa then I am telling you he will snowball into NH. The problem with Cruz is that he is unpopular in DC and he wouldn't be much of an asset to an administration but he could legitimize Trump with the hardcore GOP crowd. He would probably be better served with Perry but Cruz has more intelligence so its a trade-off between the two.

Trump & Cruz would have its pros & cons I guess as much as any other. I just want to see Trump perform at the FOX GOP debate next month and decide then if h has what it takes to survive the maelstrom that awaits as a leading candidate . . . isn't it funny how he is pissing all the usual suspects off :p

Hillary Clinton is reading the poll in this article and doing the cabbage patch, if not the running man.

Apples and oranges my friend. Donald Trump won't appeal to women minorities or left leaning centrists. You can't win elections in a national election with only right wing conservatives. He destroyed any hope by calling Mexicans rapists and murderers.

You didn't fix anything. I posted what I posted.
Luis simply gave a pamphlet informing people of their rights.

    http://gutierrez.house.gov/sites/gutierrez.house.gov/files/documents/Pamphlet FINAL.pdf

I'm surprised he wasn't on the radio. In the haitian-american community, we constantly have Haitian advocates letting people with green cards know their rights. This may be new to you as you probably have the luxury of having past generations migrant here long ago but it is not new to me. Most of those people came over for opportunities and not to vote democrat. I've never met someone who moved to another country to vote for someone else. That is unrealistic. I should know I have family of immigrants.
Daca is a legal program. DAPA has an injunction. That's the only thing that I can see wrong. He needs to get that off of his site and correct it.

Also, why is it that you do not post your source?
When ever I search your citations, I find that it comes from far far right leaning sources such as breit bart a man who framed a black person as racist which caused her to lose her job.
When Reagan and Obama use the same solutions to a problem who are on opposing sides of the aisle and you can't agree that's when you are too far to left or right.

He was clearly referring to illegal imigrants not Mexicans

He doesn't need the Latin vote to win the first two contests: Iowa and New Hampshire and that will be enough to start a panic in the GOP
